⚠️ Warning to potential customers ⚠️

We paid R3,000 for furniture that was never delivered. After receiving no meaningful communication, my wife drove to the business premises to try and resolve the matter, only to discover that the store had already closed.

Other tenants in the office park confirmed the owner is Timothy Michael, but were unwilling to provide contact details. What makes this situation even more concerning is that the company continued accepting customer payments despite apparently no longer operating. The website has since been shut down, and we have received neither our furniture nor a refund.

If the business was closing, why were customer payments still being accepted? At the very least, customers deserved clear communication and refunds for undelivered orders.

We have been left R3,000 out of pocket with no product, no refund, and no explanation. Until this matter is resolved, I would strongly advise potential customers to exercise extreme caution.
