Poor quality on Bar stool purchase!

In a space of 6 months and 3 replacements, you still can't seem to get the order right. You would think choosing a large store like yourself would give you quality. I can't understand why you sending different sizes of the bar stools that were purchased, looks like someone is manufacturing them in a backyard. We would like a full refund in the next 24hrs or you leave us no choice but to escalate the matter legally. Very poor customer service!
