Poor product (advertised as premium) - No full refund

This company does not deliver the same premium quality furniture (at a premium price) as they advertise. They charge a compulsory R400 delivery fee, which is not refundable. Walking through their doors cost me R400 after they repeatedly failed to deliver an acceptable product, 3 consecutive times. I gave them 3 opportunities to deliver and all 3 was disappointing.

They refunded the product but not the delivery. It basically cost me R400 to walk into their store and I have nothing to show for it. Feel free to contact me for pictures of the product.
