Poor customer service

I complained about my couch in April, and I was told they would send someone to assess it. The assessment was subsequently done and I did not receive any communication post that. I followed up on the feedback and I am still following up to date, I was asked to provide pictures once again and I was cooperative, to date, nothing has been done. I was told I’d get an exchange but nothing has happened. I’m really not happy with the customer service.
