Personal attention

From the hesitation to order something we have never seen or touched to the final delivery, your kind assistance and attention have been much appreciated, you all seem to be in the right place!

It was a long wait and once delivered one (out of six) chair was wrong, so another fairly long wait, but with an apologetic and constant update the chair finally made its way through and it was, somehow, worth they wait!

Even the two gentlemen that delivered the chairs, both first batch and second time, was utterly kind and professional, so all personal contact seem to be of great value for the company!
