Pathetic service furniture spot

I bought pedestals and a set of drawers .I was promised a max 3 day delivery timeframe . It’s been more than a week and Furniturespot does not answer their phones not their emails . I had a delivery guy call last week to say he will deliver and never pitched up . It’s like I have been ****med I paid and have received no feedback even after several attempted calls and emails .
