No delivery & no communication.

My wife and I have been waiting for two orders and have called multiple times to find out when they are due for delivery. I get passed from person to person and told someone will call me back. But they don't. Someone called more than a week ago to tell us that the furniture would be in Cape Town last week. But then no communications. No return of calls to find out when delivery is planned. Passed to 3 different individuals and promises made. Appalling lack of information. They say that the irems have left the warehouse and are in the local depot. But no news from Furniturespot. Real pain.
