Long delivery, doesn't look like what I ordered

My order for 6 dining chairs took two months to be delivered, and when the chairs arrived their color was clearly different than on the website pictures. The furniturespot staff acknowledged the difference with what is being sold on the website but they did not refund the shipping fees ( more than R1000!). Apparently in their T&Cs if something doesn't look like what it looks like on the website and you want to return the item you remain liable for all shipping fees.

I would not recommend shopping with them online, I overall wasted a lot of time and money with them.
