If you don't want alot head over to furniturespot

Wow, very rarely do I write reviews but these guys take the prize. If you want to be promised a bed and then never recieve it, only for you to then call as you are upset and they hang up on you then head on over to furniturespot!

We purchased a bed back in March and we were told the delivery time would be 6 weeks. After the 6th week I called to follow up and they apologised and said the bed will arive the following week. It came to the Friday (last week) and I phoned them to say I wasn't happy and the guy hung up on me. I phoned back again and spoke to another person who promised me the bed will be delivered today and guess what.... still nothing. I have just emailed them to tell them I want a full refund as I am tired of this company. They are more than happy to take the full amount of the payment upfront but then it's on you. These guys need to go on a course and understand the importance of customer service.
