I think I have been ****med!
I bought bar stools in May 2021 and was promised delivery on the week of the 16th June and they will update me about the progress of my order every week. No delivery was done on that promised week and the last I heard any communication from them was the 21st of June. Now their phone is not working and they only respond to emails after a week saying” they are waiting for an update from the manufacturing department as to when the chairs will be ready for delivery”

Do not worry; you are not being ****med! We are still waiting for the turquoise fabric to come in; we experience a delay of that specific material. We have been informed it is back in stock since last week Thursday. One of our colleagues will contact you tomorrow (Monday 19/7) to inform you about the current lead time. We completely understand you would like to receive the bar stools asap!
