Furniturespot bad service

I am writing to express my concern regarding an order I placed over a month ago, which I have still not received. Despite multiple follow-ups, including a phone call where I was assured someone would get back to me, I have yet to receive any communication or update.

This delay is highly inconvenient, and the lack of feedback is disappointing.
