Bad workmanship on leather couch

I bought a tan leather 3-seater couch from Furniture Spot, it was delivered and assembled. The mistake I made was not to check the condition of the whole couch, the hidden areas, upon delivery. Everything looked good. A couple of months later the body rest deflates, when I wanna clean it, I discovered that the "leather" had tears. I sent them an email to have a look at their poor workmanship, they sent people to collect and assess. They returned the couch as it is and said that there was nothing wrong with the workmanship. I love aloe and hardly ever have visitors. I was sitting on the couch by myself most of the time. The deflated body rest (back-part of the couch) happened within a couple of months of use. The tears, which were on the inside of the couch I discovered months later but there's no way I could've caused them. They say its made out of real leather but that's questionable. Do yourself a favour and don't buy a leather couch from them if you expect quality. The couch couldn't even make it a year without "falling apart". Spend your money on better workmanship and you'll be happier. The wasted two weeks 'examining the couch' and false hope were the worst of it.
