Wrong furniture parts given and badly damaged

We were at the store and ordered a 3/4 sleigh bed as shown beautifully on the store floor. They loaded it and when we opened it at home the board for the mattress was a single beds board firstly so it fell right through so was totally useless. Then the side panels paint was off everywhere and wood is badly chipped!! I phoned them and they said they will exchange the inner board for the right size but we must drive there which will cost us R500 just to get there again for their mistake as they won't deliver on their cost and just says sorry for the damaged goods, not even we will exchange it!!!! So now we paid thousands for useless damaged goods. We are furious at this company and truly expected some better client service and at least what we pay for and not false advertising. We can rather buy a new board and stain etc than have to drive just for Exchange of the board and still have a terrible looking damaged bed. I will let everyone know not to ever buy there as they sell damaged furniture.
