DEEPLY DISSAPPOINTED CUSTOMER
On 14 June 2023, I purchased two leather couches from Furniture Warehouse, namely a 2-seater and a 3-seater from the Regal range, at a total cost of R37,540. The purchase was made through a lay-bye agreement, which I completed and paid in full on 14 December 2023. As a consumer, I chose leather couches because of their reputation for durability, longevity, and quality. While I was initially excited to finally collect the couches after completing the lay-bye payments, my satisfaction was short-lived. By 2025, noticeable signs of wear and tear had already started appearing on both couches, which was extremely disappointing considering the substantial amount paid and the expectation that quality leather furniture should last significantly longer than two years. On 21 May 2025, I contacted Furniture Warehouse via WhatsApp on *** to report the poor condition of the couches. I was requested to provide photographs to support my complaint, which I submitted on the same day. After receiving no feedback, I followed up on 5 June 2025, but again received no response. I subsequently visited the store in person to seek assistance, yet my concerns were still ignored. I am deeply disappointed by both the quality of the furniture and the lack of customer service from Furniture Warehouse. It is unacceptable for furniture costing over R37,000 to deteriorate so quickly under normal household use. The poor workmanship and apparent lack of durability raise serious concerns about the quality of the product sold to me. Furthermore, the company's failure to respond to my repeated attempts to resolve the matter demonstrates a disregard for customer concerns and after-sales service. I feel let down and frustrated, having invested a significant amount of money in what I believed would be a durable, high-quality product. The couches are now in a terrible state, and I am seeking an appropriate resolution to this matter. I would not recommend Furniture Warehouse based on my experience with both the quality of their products and their customer service.

VERY BAD SERVICE
Very bad service. Placed my order on 11 May 2026 paid a deposit. To date no feedback from them. Send various messages on WhatsApp but no response. Promised delivery before 20 June but still nothing. Avoid doing business with them

Horrible Customer Service
Bought a mirror from them. It got delivered on Monday 02 January 2026, the item was broken. Informed the seller, but I’m still stuck with a broken mirror and no communication as she won’t take my calls.
