Worst shoppping experience with Furniture Warehouse

I bought a couch set (3+2+1 leather seats) worth ~R30k from Furniture Warehouse . It is the worst experience I ever had. The delivery was about 3 months late after I constantly chase them. After it is delivered, the 3 seater had marks on the leather. It is now almost another month and the couch is still not returned after many phone calls made. The process of chasing them is so painful. I will never recommend anyone buy from them unless you can buy the furniture as voetstoots and take it back yourself.
