Worst Retailer In The World

I have dealt with some horrible companies in the past, Furniture Warehouse is by far the worst. Quality of products doesn't live up to promises, and no aftersales service to even speak of. I have communicated repeatedly with 4 different people at the Kya Sands branch starting with the branch manager, and the one cares less than the other. I have been waiting over two months for a simple collection of a dinning room table, following up repeatedly and I just keep being told that it will happen soon. Communication always has to come from my side, they never phone first and hardly ever phone back as promised. When I finally set an ultimatum for collection and got them out to my place, they had tons of reasons why they couldn't take the table, and treated my house mate like a stray dog. Upon returning to \fix the table"at my place they realised that it couldn't be done as I had said in the beginning. Then they treated me like a dog and had another million reasons why they cannot take the table with. And even demanded that I get helpers to help move the table out and onto their vehicle.
