Unacceptably long wait

My mother was happy to support Furniture Warehouse knowing that they manufacture locally, meaning she was supporting the local economy. However, it is over a month since she placed an order for her furnishings at the Kya Sands branch, and every time we call we are given another reason for the delay - first it was the fabric selected for the sofa, and now we are told there have been delays in the factory manufacturing the table and coffee table. Really not acceptable - worst part is their poor customer service, failing to letting us know that there would be delays even though the receipt confirmed delivery on November 4th. Here's hoping there are no issues with the items when they finally arrive!
