The worst customer service I’ve ever received!

I ordered a bed for my daughter online and was promised it would be delivered by mid January. Followed up with them and got short answers from a rude salesman who was later fired apparently. I contacted the manager and all blame was put on this salesman. I was promised that it would be resolved and the manager shortly forgot who I was. I had to go down there and address them in person and found out the bed was actually there but the *****s weren’t delivered. They then proceeded to charge me R250 for delivery up the road even with this terrible service, not to mention the bed arrived without assembly instructions.
