sent from upplier which doesn't want to taake re

I have bought a bed and matrass innfurniture warehouse Ra ndburg in 2012 which has a warrant sticker of 15 years.the matrass has been shapeless, with bubbles.i phoned them they sent me forms from their warehouse.which also said you must state if the matrass has a stain.which I did.now they said they can help coz of the stain.i asked them whybthey cant come and assess the stain coz my daughter was drinking a drink when it fell on the duvet but affected the matress they said because of health they cant.i further cleaned the matrass still they dont want to come.infelt like I have been ******* in this case.and now the furniture warehouse alsomdoesnt want to take responsibility.
