Pathetic, Useless Serivce (DONT BUY HERE)

I purchased a couch at this place in August 2015, but what followed was beyond my imagination. I picked up the couch a week after purchasing all the way in Kya Sand. When I got home I realised the couch had a squeeky noise and the frame was not in tact. I called them and reported my dissatisfaction, the Salesman told me I should bring it back to them (REALLY??) after a long discussion they decided they will pick it up as I told them its their fault.<br> <br> The couch was picked up around the 19th of September 2015 and that was it, I heard no communication from them NOTHING. I was without a couch for over a month. In October I emailed them to find out the status of the couch but still no response. On the 19th of October I wrote a complaint email to the manager. They supp**** me with an alternate couch to use at the end of Oct.<br> <br> Its now January 2016 and I STILL havent heard from them regarding my original couch, is this how you treat your clients? this is an absolute disgrace I will never purchase anything from this store nor will I reccomend it to anyone. <br> <br> The lack of customer service by this store manager is unacceptable. I paid for a couch which I STILL dont have. Is this fair?
