Paid, and now no response

We placed an order for a bed (after receiving a quote) with the Centurion branch. We paid, and emailed the proof of payment to the email provided. Then, silence. No response to any of their forms of communication. No idea if the order had been received and was being processed. No idea when and what time they will deliver, as they do not answer phones (all go straight to voicemail), do not respond to the Whatsapp line, SMSs or emails, even an email sent straight to the manager.
