No delivery of goods

On the 25th July 2015 I purchased a sleigh queen bed, 1 pedestal, mattress and then paid for a delivery fee of R400.00. I then made a full payment 28th July 2015. I was told delivery will be made in 4 weeks time as the good custom made. The 4 weeks past and no word from them. I called the several time but kept on telling they'll call me and I haven't heard anything from them till today. I would like a full refund as I am tired of begging for goods that I have already paid for.
