more than one month and still waiting...

We purchased 5 pieces of furniture from the Kya Sand shop on the 30th of August, paid by credit card, paid for the delivery and were told that the furniture would be delivered in the next 3 workings days. Not seeing any delivery coming we called in and finally someone said that we would get the delivery on the 8th of Sept. We got 3 pieces out of 5. Since then, we have called a numerous number of times, are always being told that they will call us back and they almost never do. Wanted to speak to the manager but being told he is not in...could not even get his name or an email address. On Monday 28th of Sept, we call and the person on the line (not Gugu as she is never available) tells us that our furniture is in stock and that we shall get delivery on the Friday...well we are still waiting!! Had Gugu on the phone, she just couldn't care less and is not calling back.<br> I am contacting the lawyer of my company to get advice on this matter as this is the worst service I have had for many years!<br> Oh and by the way, don't answer that you will investigate in the matter if you are not going to do it...
