Furniture Warehouse' rude and bad customer service

I laybuyed a bunk bed from furniture warehouse in boksburg in the beginning of 2019 and as i was phoning to notify that payment would be made a bit later this month which is November 2019 the sales rep Anna was so rude as to tell me how i should pay the remainder of the money and come and collect my bed because they do not have space in their warehouse for my bed anymore, and when i phoned the manager (Sipho) he did not seem very concerned with the rude and bad customer service Anna was giving so a bit of advise to everyone and anyone, if you are looking for furniture of good quality and you are also looking to laybuy or even if you just want to buy. Furniture warehouse in boksburg is not the please i would much rather go to home corp or even Game for that matter.
