Furniture warehouse not to be recommended

Bought a sleeper couch in October.The strut across the back broke.Sent it for repair mid April.No feed back until I phoned about 3 weeks ago.Promied it would be delivered on a number of occations.Now been told I must pay R700 for repair as it wasnt a fault but had been damaged!! No quote or phone call to say if I wanted to go ahead.I am not allowed to know who the manufacture is.No pay no return.Poor service poor quality!!
