East Rand Furniture has a no service / no customer retention attitude.

Bought furniture from East Rand Furniture Warehouse on 6 Jan 2024 and made full payment. Delivery was confirmed for no later than 25 Jan 2024. Have message confirming mattresses received by store on 14 Jan with confirmation of delivery date which must be over weekend due to my work obligations. After numerous promises by Anthony & Sipho they eventually only arrived with delivery on 13 Feb at 12pm after I had to take time from work. I had already waited since 10:30. Unfortunately, they arrived with half the order, and i had to drive to the outlet. Had a discussion again with Sipho and requested to be placed in contact with owner whom he confirmed as Jaco Muller. Even after wasting so much of my time, they refuse to accommodate me to deliver at 6pm. I will therefore not receive my order. This is the worst service I have ever received, and I invite the owner to contact me to address this issue.
