Disgusted service no service what service

We ordered two wingback armchairs on 18/2 told delivery would be in 18 working days well it's been 25 working days and still no delivery. Really really Really it's. Now more than a month I have phoned and held on for long periods twice with promises to phone me back but nothing what the hell my money was paid and no delivery ?????????
