Defective goods - Good Customer Service

<p>I went online searching for Chest of Drawers and stumble across Furniture Warehouse. I searched and found the perfect Chest of Drawers.</p> <p>I then proceeded to contact the furniture shop. I was warmly welcomed by "Annah" who assisted with my order. I paid for two chest of drawers immediately and patiently waited for delivery.</p> <p>Delivery took place on Saturday, 03-June. The next day when I opened the package I realised that one of the Chest of Drawers did come with Handles. I then contacted Furniture Warehouse and spoke to Annah again. Within two days, they come to pick up the old one and gave us a new Chest of Drawers.</p> <p>Thank you so much for an amazing customer service. Please do keep up the good work.</p>
