Damaged goods delivered 3 times!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the service and the constant headache I have had with this place!!!<br> we bought furniture from them that cost us over R15 000!!! the first time they delivered the legs were cracked and scratched leather was missing chunks out of it and staples sticking out the leather!! I phoned and complained to which we went and checked out a new lounge suite which was in perfect condition, they delivered 2 days later. BIG SURPRISE there was a chunk missing out the leather again. I called to complain once again and this surely should be sorted out! only to be told they will just refund me my money, to which my response was this is not about the money this is about customer satisfaction!! we then waited another 2 weeks for a new suite to be delivered, and to put it lightly I am disgusted and upset. this suite was worse than the previous one! I cannot explain how annoyed and upset this has made me, we have had 2 take off work so that they can deliver, it has caused nothing but headaches!! and what adds to it is the delivery guy has the audacity to tell us not to tell him how to do his job when we were merely telling him to be careful of the walls as he had bumped it!
