Damaged Bunkbed and incorrect mattrass delivered!

I really am at a loss for words at the level of bad service I have received from furniture warehouse! For a company that prides itself that you supply good quality furniture that is locally made (Proudly South African),you really are damaging their reputation!!! <br> <br> The mattress I ordered was not delivered because it was \out"of stock. The delivered bed is damaged"
