Severe miscommunication and misconduct

I have had the most disgusting encounter with Furniture Vibe Springfield. There was absolutely zero communication with the sales personnel and the delivery company causing such delay and inconvenience! When I called to query the issue, the sales lady known as Wendy proceeded to shout on top of her voice and yelled ‘Jesus Chris just give me the damn delivery guys number’ Absolutely disgusting micro managed behaviour!!! Is it my job as the purchasing customer to liaise with the delivery company!!!
