Poor quality products with no customer care! Beware!

please think twice before spending loads of cash at this store. I purchased a Grafton and Everest lounge set in Sept 2022. I began utilizing the set after moving to my new home in October. less than a year layer I'm experiencing endless problems and defects in the workmanship of the set. I've made formal contact with their Manager Jason on the 1st of June 2023. I've called numerous times to follow up as you will never get feedback from them. I've sent emails at every request for further information. till date nothing has been done to rectify my complaints. I am now forced to seek legal action.
