Grafton Everest Poor Quality Poor Service

Purchased a grafton everest couch from them this year. Grafton Everest quality has gone down the drain. The fabric used is inferior quality and gets damaged easily with normal gentle use. Called Furniture vibe regarding the issue however they want me to pay to repair a couch that is under a manufacturer warranty. The warranty seems to cover nothing the way i see it.

Don't waste your money buying a Grafton which is 3 x more expensive than other brands.
