Worst service provider EVER!
As most of the comments regarding Fugi goes they are really one of the biggest ****s in South Africa. I would rather try my luck with a Nigerian drug lord than do business with them.
They like to sell their service as “Smart metering”, but there is nothing smart about it. You will have no control over your gas/electricity/water. Just because you are able to go onto a app and see how they rip you off does not mean you actually have control over it.
you will also need to make millions to actually keep up with what they charge and all their additional fees.
It’s also all about smoke and mirrors with them. No real answers are ever given and you will just need to be happy with the BS the try to pass as an answer.
