Utilities Complaint

If I could give a zero, I would. I have been over billed despite my enquiries. The amount of gas they charge is ridiculous despite the fact that you are not at home during the day. I have queried with them but they will send you a list of grids that don’t make sense. I have stayed in a place with gas and electricity and have never have to paid twice the amount i used to pay in my old place. I would advise anyone who’s buying a place or renting never to go to a place where they use 3rd party services rather stick to prepaid. I cannot wait for my lease to end, I love the place that I live in but the utilities are too much. Imagine paying 2k a month when there’s only you and the kids. There body corporates need to take a look at this because they will loose a lot . Fungi is the worse service provider that inflate prices
