Unreasonable additional fees

I'm trying to understand why I'm being charged for water and sanitation through my wallet when I already pay the municipality for these services. Essentially, I'm paying for water and sanitation twice.

When I moved into my apartment, I had a bad feeling about topping up electricity through a third-party company instead of using a prepaid system. I had a bad experience with another company before, but at first, Fungi seemed okay. However, their prices eventually skyrocketed.

Lesson learned: If your electricity is managed by a company instead of a prepaid system—run! Their additional fees add up to around R1,000, on top of the electricity top up,which is just unreasonable.
