Unnecessary Charges to Accounts

Worst Service provider!! I am traveling most of the time and don't stay at the apartment and i keep needing to top up my account. Many friends and neighbours have complained about the same thing. Where is the money going??? Why is the electricity and water usage bills so high when there is barely any usage.
