This company is exhausting with their ***********

I don't even know how to describe the sheer nonsense this company is, pure vile people it's actually laughable they still exist. Clearly they don't give a damn about their customers. They are willing to do absolute nothing to fix their mistakes, if I was working as their front staff, I would definitely need trauma therapy for having to deal with DAILY complaints. It's not even worth mentioning what my issue is because everyone's complaints are ignored. My whole complex hates this company but because whatever deal they made with the devil ( Pretor/MNT) we can't seem to get rid of them. They would rather have people sell their homes and move away from anything that has to deal with them then get rid of them.
