Still Disconnected 5 hours after paying

I am extremely disappointed in the services. The inconsistent charges that come off every month, even after spending a whole week away without using electricity is just non-sensical. Anyway, currently I’m sitting in the dark because I’ve been disconnected. They claim the power will return within 15 - 30 minutes after payment by card but it’s been 5 hours with no power. And before you say “there is no ticket under your name”, which is your usual response to most complaints - no accountability - my ticket is logged under Lindiwe Marepula #40114
