STAY CLEAR!

Fungi started great when they initially took over in Fish Eagle View, superb communication, swift responses and FAIR billing. After years of living alone and developing consumption behaviours that align with my budget, a few months post Fungi takes over I am now sitting at almost 3x the utility fee when my consumption patterns have not changed in the slightest. The gas fee deductions are LUDACRIS! They simply cannot be true and the explanations given are fruitless. I am all for understanding individual issues however looking at the complaints this seems to be a common practice amongst PLENTY estates and PLENTY individuals. Please DO NOT consider Fungi when deciding on "smart metering solutions" you will come to regret it.
