Something is wrong somewhere

Googling these guys brought me here. I’m about to cancel a one-year rental lease on a Rosebank apartment because of this fungi app. The charges are crazy. I live in a studio apartment and barely use electricity since I’m hardly there in the day time because work and also due to noise from construction work going on all around. To cut long story short I have paid about 2,000 rands between the 14th of July and now, the 4th of August. My lease started on 7th July but was only able to move into a week later. Where I have stayed before with a fridge and washing machine I didn’t spend more than 300 monthly on electricity.
