Refrain from using Fungi Electricity.

This morning I woke up to a deduction of R276.12 for Communal water which I still cannot understand how Fungi system is set up that we get penalised for the entire Blocks usage.

In addition I get a notification that says I have a critical low wallet balance due to this same deduction.

I cannot begin to express my frustration mainly because this is the first time the communal water has been as high as it is. It is a concern for me because this can happen again and I can get deducted a much higher amount. On top of it what I am still trying to fathom is that we already get a daily deduction of a Management fee, Water network access, Electricity consumption , Sanitation- Network, Communal Water, Hot water Recovery, Communal Sewerage and finally Communal Electricity a total of 8 deductions just for today. This is totally unacceptable.

I would not recommend Fungi Electricity to anyone.
