Please allow us to clarify the following information in respect of your review, your utilities include gas, water, electricity, and management fee on a monthly basis. Other fees like the deposit and activation were charged over three months during the transition to FEV therefore the total bill will defer three months later. Also, please note it was confirmed that the phone disconnected, we did not drop the call as that would be the utmost bad service, hence we called back to continue the discussion. 

Please note that external factors such as LPG tariff increases and colder days may impact your actual usage, thus comparing historical billing, for example from 2020 and 2021 will show variable billing to date. We would really like a chance to take you through your billing again if you would allow us, we are certain we will be able to give you a better understanding of your billing and consumption.
