No service at Fungi

Once again, all that one can say about Fungi, is that there is no service!!!, Trying to cancel my account since end of 2022 year, still no positive response from Lungile and the team. Now they are not even responding to the emails that I have sent. I can't call them as I moved abroad, but the phone lines also never works.
