Meter faulty and no rush to service

Fungi is used at our estate

I was nice and only sent requests on email and called yesterday and today, 06/03/2024 & 07/03/2024.

We followed the operational managers requests regarding the DB to be checked and earth leakages checked.

We have to tap or push their meter to have power come back on, caretaker and electrician has been to site, Fungi will at least pay for the electrician but cant send a technician our or have the issue resolved until tomorrow afternoon.

This one star rating average is well deserved.
