Legal action loading..

Quarter to taking legal action against this company. 2 months of using them and their charges don't make sense at all. How can we be charged R300 for electricity on a day where we had a power outage throughout the day and no hot water. Called today to make sense of it because even if they charged us these amounts our balance should be in the positive but yet they are sending us sms's to say they gonna cut off our power because we are in the negative, just to be met by pathetic customer service from an advisor - Lungile - rude, impatient..in a nutshell absolutely *** behavior for someone who's supposed to assist their clients.
