Incompetence - Did not pay Municipal bill on time

Fungi Utilities did not pay the Tshwane Municipal bill for Hereford Estate, 1 Saltus Street, Irene on time, and the power was cut for hundreds of people that live there on 11 August 2025. It is still off on the 12 August, with a claim that they have sent the proof of payment to the City.

They require pre-paid accounts so should have no cash flow issues. This is pure incompetence and there should be accountability and consequences.
