Hereford Estate Power cut, because Fungi does not pay the municipality on time!
Fungi is soo ****ing ***********, I don’t have words! This is now the SECOND time where they fail to pay the municipality on time and OUR ENTIRE ****ING ESTATE SITS WITHOUT POWER! Whoever is reading this, DO NOT, AND I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH, DO NOT MOVE INTO AN APARTMENT, HOUSE, OR COMPLEX WHERE FUNGI IS THE UTILITIES MANAGER!

Please note that the Hereford City of Tshwane account was fully paid up by Fungi prior to the disconnection occurring. It is also notable that Council shared no prior notice of its intention to disconnect prior to arriving on site on 20/10/2025 at 16:30.
This disconnection was the result of an outstanding decision sitting with the Hereford Trustee’s and Body Corporate, and not as a result of any wrong-doing on Fungi’s behalf.
To assist Hereford and its residents, Fungi immediately logged an urgent reconnection request with the municipality, and a COT consultant assisted in expediting the process. Which resulted in the power being reconnected some 5 hours later.
Fungi has raised the matter with the trustees and is waiting for their decision to implement the proposed resolution to ensure that the council account is managed without any issues from now on.
