Fungi utility paid for nothing

They cut off my utilities whilst i was on a business trip without any warning or notice of any part of my account being in arrears. I returned home to find my food spoilt and no power or gas. I have atleast 2 months worth of funds in my wallet and currently they have no form of support after hours. For a utility provide it's unacceptable
