Today I received an email from fungi saying they have successfully created my billing account Literally 30 minutes later they disconnect my electricity. What kind of a magician can receive billing access and pay their account within 30 minutes? This is absolute BS! Worse of all I have been billed R1,155.72 for 7 days. I am in a one-bedroom town house and most of the time I’m traveling for work and even hate cooking. I don’t understand their billing system as to how much they will charge for the rest of the month. They have *********** staff who are trained to bully tenants into paying their account and threaten them by cutting their electricity off. Thembelihle Ngqondela is one of the consultants who must be getting commission for collecting billing accounts in a disputable manner. This is a power-hungry company who enjoys putting people into misery. Taking people for granted is their biggest mistake Just because I’m renting an apartment doesn’t mean I am not connected to legal and or higher institutions to report this crime. This Fungus Utility is treating people like ****roaches
